Effective date: August 30, 2026

Overview

Codemicros ("we", "us") develops and publishes the Calqen Android app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information we collect

Calqen does not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address or other personal information through the app. Calculation inputs, results, history and preferences (such as DEG/RAD mode and memory values) are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Permissions

The app requests only the device permissions needed for it to function, such as network access to display ads and to link out to Google Play. It does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage of personal files or similar sensitive permissions for its calculator features.

Advertising

The app may display ads served through Google's mobile advertising network. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location and usage data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage ad personalization from your device's Google Settings › Ads menu.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Non-identifying, aggregated data may be shared with advertising partners as described above to deliver and measure ads within the app.

Data security

Calculation data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from your device's app settings, removes this locally stored data.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

Your choices

You can clear the app's local data or uninstall the app at any time from your device settings. You can also use your device's ad settings to opt out of personalized advertising.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and the updated URL will be kept current in the app's Google Play Data safety section.
